Terms and Conditions of Sale and Return

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the sales of cosmetic products offered on our site. Any order placed implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Delivery times

After payment validation, orders are shipped within 7 to 10 business days. These times may vary in case of high demand, public holidays, or logistical disruptions.

3. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with current regulations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the package to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions for your return to be accepted:

• The box must be complete and returned in its original condition.
• No item must have been opened or used.
• Products must not be damaged.

Exception:
Each box contains a 1 ml trial dose, allowing you to test the Mono Universal Nectar without opening the two jars in the box.
Opening the main jars makes the return ineligible for a refund.

4. Refund Conditions

A refund will be issued if:

• The product is returned intact,
• No item has been used
• The box is complete and unopened.

The refund will be processed after receipt and verification of the package, to the original payment method.

5. Defective products

Your package is delivered against signature. Check your package and refuse it if it is defective.
IF YOU ACCEPT THE PACKAGE, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
